Amended Reports
After a report has been submitted to and accepted by the court through the GTS, the guardian maintains the ability to submit corrections to that report through the amendment process.
To amend a report, start by clicking on the View Case Details icon in the Active Cases section of your Dashboard. When the GTS Case screen opens, click the Reports tab.
To the right of each report with a Status of Accepted or Reviewed is an Amend Report icon . Clicking this icon displays the report that was originally filed with the court.
The report can be corrected as needed and submitted to the court just like any other report. After selecting the Submit radio button and clicking the OK button, if the county charges filing fees, you will be required to complete the payment process. Once submitted, the court will review the report as normal.
